Location

Like the Negril of yore, we are located in a small, peaceful fishing village, on a beach where turtles nest and the doctor bird flourishes. Only minutes from the shows and shopping of Negril, we are light–years from its hustle and bustle. Close to one of the most beautiful beach in the world, the famous Negril 7 mile white sand beach with the most spectacular golden sunset.

Accommodation

We have a beautiful tropical restaurant and bar, a large pool and Jacuzzi, and fourteen one, two, and three bedroom beachfront apartments along with three beach cabins to offer those who have figured out that all–inclusive might as well be a Holidome in Hoboken. Lost Beach Resort is planned to be 20 beachfront apartments, 10 one bedroom, 6 two bedroom and 4 three bedroom units all with ocean side verandas. Phase I opened in 1998 and has 4 lower level two bedrooms and 4 upper level three bedroom units along with three ocean front cabins.

Dining and Refreshment

Whether you dine under the sun and stars on our upper deck, or in our open air dining room on the beach, we offer you a fantastic selection of American, Jamaican and continental dishes, all prepared individually from the freshest ingredients. No Buffets here! For Breakfast,our House Specialties include Seafood Benedict, a variation of a great classic complimented by fresh shrimp, lobster or crab, and Stuffed French Toast, traditional French toast stuffed with butter, brown sugar and local bumpy bananas or sweet Jamaican pineapple. For dinner, in addition to our Catch of the Day, our House Specialities include Beef Wellington, Lobster Thermidor and Grilled Shark Steak.

Or make a meal of our appetizers and desserts and forget the rest! We offer a fully stocked bar with daily specials and make the very best fruit punch on the island. At the pool bar, or at lunch, try our tropical pizza or a cheese burger on freshly baked coco bread with french fries. Perhaps our lighter fare, of canoe fresh tuna or lobster salad will suit you. Our friendly, efficient staff will serve up a culinary delight to match the spectacular views.

Health and Recreation

You want comfort and class and good food. Your kids want entertainment too. Nightlife is great, but after a night on the town you want to stargaze, read a book, or just enjoy some peace and quiet. Lost Beach Resort is 15 minutes from Negril in reality, but light years from its frenetic pace.

Share a drink on our roof–top patio while watching the moonrise over the mountains and sea. Swim in our pool while gazing out over a natural beach where turtles nest and land crabs rule. You can fish with the Jamaicans or charter a deep sea fishing boat, snorkel or scuba dive, read or sleep in a hammock, go horseback riding on the beach, kayak on the class 3 Cabarita River, or catch a shuttle to Negril's new golf course.

Your kids might be dragged from our pool long enough to enjoy the games and videos at the Kid's Klubhouse while you enjoy the Jacuzzi or shoot some pool.

Wedding and Honeymoon

It's not everywhere that you can have your wedding chapel built especially for you! Here at Lost Beach Resort our Jamaican staff build what they call a "Wedding Bood" the morning of the wedding, weaving palm fronds into an arch, setting bamboo posts to carry a palm frond roof, and decorating it all with flowers and colorful vegetation. This is a wedding event to tell your grandchildren about! We can arrange appetizers, special dinners, special cakes, flowers, photographers, music, fireworks, marriage licenses or tours.
