Your very reasonable Travellers Inn is a 17th century Spanish fort, a former pirate haven, embedded in fantastic tropical gardens touched by a small cooling river.

Our guesthouse is located on Jamaica's lush green northeastern coast off a lively Rastafarian community named "Strawberry Fields". Most of the people here make their living on fishing and farming.

At the Lodge you'll find leisure relaxation, lots of activities to join if you like and an extraordinary easygoing atmosphere provided by Brigitta, Cox and the River Lodge Crew. Enjoy finest Jamaican Cuisine, Reggae Music and a friendly service.

In short walking distance you will discover beaches and bays for swimming and snorkeling, untouched by tourism.

Cottage Saphira

Designed as oriental style stone cottage, king'size double bed, bathroom, ventilator, refrigerator, kitchenette, spacious roof balcony, outside chimney, additional open air shower, hammocks.

Both cottages are placed inside a tropical garden environment with trees and bushes. A gorgeous view on the Caribbean Sea invites for a 5 minutes walk to the nearest bays for swimming and snorkeling.
