The villa is a two story house with three bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom. There is another bedroom and bath in an adjacent cottage attached to the house. Downstairs are the living areas, featuring living and dining rooms and spacious verandahs overlooking the swimming pool.

"Scotchie," as the villa is affectionately called, is ideal for family vacations or romantic getaways.
