Birdie Hill Villa, built by the Woolthworth Family, is Jamaican Colonial Architecture with a touch of French. It is very spacious with beautiful Jamaican marble floors.

This luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa has a large living room with marble floors and is perched above sloping lawns. The octagonal dining room has wonderful French windows and overlooks the large pool and outdoor entertainment area. All bedrooms have spectacular views and Air Conditioned.

Dining and Refreshment

It has several deck areas to accommodate dining, sunset cocktails or parties. Enjoy dining in the octagonal dining room and thrill your palate with exquisite dishes prepared by our highly trained chef and served by our most charming butler. From the pool area, the green rolling grass runs down toward the coastline extending out to the blue waters. This is wonderful villa with an aristocratic feel. This villa offers casual luxury, professional staff and the perfect place for those seeing privacy and getting away from it all.

Health and Recreation

The swimming pool is one of the main features of Birdie Hill. It is set beneath the octagonal dining room in a semi–circular terrace. There are rounded Georgian arches on two sides – into which the steps lead and a lion waterspout sprays water into the pool. There is a recreation room on this level and of course you can walk out into the gardens, which are excellent at Birdie Hill and cover five acres in all. Lawns lead around the house beneath the terraces and there are several large trees in the gardens which provide shady corners for you to sit out and enjoy the view.
