Sand Piper Villa has a most lovely setting, with large verandas extending out to the blue waters. This is a most wonderful and luxurious waterfront villa situated on the waters at San San, the famous setting of the Blue Lagoon.

Rio Vista Resort Villas is a ten acre estate of tropical fruits and flowers. We boast one of the best manicured gardens in Port Antonio, nestled atop a hill, 100_ft above sea level with a 360°. From here you have a bird's eye view overlooking the Caribbean Sea in one direction, the Rio Grande River in another, and the Blue mountains in the other.

This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom three stores villa sits over the ocean directly facing the famous Monkey Island. Two of the three bedrooms command an ocean view. There is now a brand new bedroom downstairs at water level to make the 4_th bedroom. The living and dining area with wooden floors is decorated in traditional Jamaican country style and open onto a balcony for outdoor dining. Below, the villa boasts of a covered patio with hammock and a sun deck for relaxed entertaining.
