Coyaba Beach Resort & Club is an intimate family owned property located 5 miles east of Montego Bay and a 10 minutes drive from Sangster International Airport. Coyaba (pronounced Co–yah–bah), from the native Arawak means a place of ease and rest where time is spent feasting and dancing: a kind of heaven and Coyaba resort is just that.

The resort comprises of just 50 rooms, all of which are furnished plantation–style with large French doors leading to private balconies. Relax on the sun–kissed beaches and swim in the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea, for those looking for a little more activity, Coyaba offers a wide range of non–motorised water sports and land sports, all of which are complimentary.

Dining at Coyaba is a real treat, the executive Chef Oliver Oertel was awarded Jamaica's Chef of the year in 1996 and additionally he has won Gold medals and special awards in both local and international culinary competitions. Montego Bay with its lively bars, restaurants and shops is within easy reach and is well worth a visit.

A private stretch of white sand beach runs the full length of the property providing the perfect backdrop for tropical lounging. Service is presided over by long serving staff who take personal interest in your comfort. Three restaurants and bars on the property range from beach casual to eclectic New Caribbean Cuisine.

Full service facilities on property include watersports, tennis court, gym and massage with golf, diving and horseback riding within 5 minutes drive.

Coyaba's rooms are furnished plantation–style with large French doors leading to private balconies. All four room categories vary in terms of view and size. Junior Suite rooms are larger than deluxe rooms and have added sofa (sleeper) seating areas and mini–refrigerators. Connecting rooms are available in Junior Suite to Deluxe combinations. Rooms are situated on first, second and third floors; there are no elevators.
