Location

Sunset at the Palms is an attractive, relatively small all–inclusive resort at the northern end of Negril at the very western tip of Jamaica. The hotel itself is located on the lagoon side of the road, in lovely gardens thick with palms, tropical trees. A scenic, 60–minute drive along the coast links the resort and Donald Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, which is serviced by leading airlines.

Accommodation

A collection of 65 Deluxe Treetop style guestrooms are scattered throughout 10 acres of lushly landscaped tropical gardens bordering the protected Negril Palm Preserve. These whimsical, two–story all natural wood structures – with exquisitely designed furnishings utilizing natural materials bamboo, sea grass and mahogany and influenced by Indonesian elements that bring South Seas romance to Jamaica.

Furnishings include one king platform bed, armoire, air conditioning and ceiling fan, satellite television, hair dryers, iron/board, in room safe, and private balcony furnished with a day bed, patio table & chairs. Bathrooms have walk in showers with four body jets and two shower heads. Suites feature a spacious split–level design with a complete master bedroom and bath upstairs and separate living area downstairs with full size sleeper sofa, dining area, bath with shower and spacious patio.

The hotel features an open–air restaurant that serves delicious international and Caribbean cuisine. Spending a day at the beach? Delight in an array of simple pleasures – great sandwiches and grilled favorites including Jamaican 'Jerk' specialties, plus a friendly bar staff serving ice–cold Red Stripe Beer, tropical rum drinks, fresh fruit juices, soft drinks and refreshing smoothies.
