Jake's in Jamaica is a boutique resort with personality and charisma. Its 45 rooms were created by theatrical designer Sally Henzell to commune with garden, sea and sky.

Jamaican antiques, local art, mini bar stocked with soda, water, Ting and Red Stripe, and CD–cassette players with a selection of CDs. Remaining true to Jamaican simplicity, rooms do not have phones, televisions and many rooms do not have air conditioning: ocean breezes and ceiling fans provide natural cooling.

Dining and Refreshment

The Restaurant at Jake's - The parish of St. Elizabeth is considered the breadbasket of Jamaica with its numerous vegetable, fruit and cattle farms and fishing communities who largely supply produce to regional markets. Farmers regularly visit the property selling their melons, tomatoes, thyme and scallion, while fishermen pull up to the shore with fresh seafood on a daily basis. Our menus reflect our commitment to the local produce and offers the best of Jamaican cuisine with an international flare.

Jack Sprat Pizza and Seafood Restaurant - Located on the western end of the property, right on its very own bay, Jack Sprat serves up seafood any way you like it and without a doubt the best pizza you'll find on the island. A real hub for the local community, the restaurant also has a small ice cream counter, weekly bonfires on the beach, live music (on public holidays) and soon to come, a mini reggae "museum".

Your wedding can be personalized in any way dreamt of by you and our imaginative staff. We have two restaurants, which offer a variety of dishes ranging from the smooth American foods to feisty seasoned seafood dishes.

We have honeymoon cottages that once on the balcony, you can dip your toes right into the ocean. You can get married in your honeymoon cottage, on the beach or in the gardens with sweeping ocean views.
