Chukka Blue Horse Back Riding: Montego Bay Attractions, Jamaica

You will depart the pier in an air–conditioned coach for a scenic 25 minute drive along the coast. Upon arrival at Chukka Blue, you will have the opportunity to visit Blue Hole, which is a sixteenth century sugar estate situated on 757 acres. Once on horseback you will see a reconstructed Great House of the estate where Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh were entertained by the former Custos of Hanover in 1966 during their visit to Jamaica.

Stack and ruins of the old water wheel is still intact and visible from the ride. One of the original breadfruit trees brought to Jamaica by the infamous Captain. Bligh of the sailing ship "Bounty" was planted there. You will be offered refreshments while the guides unsaddle your mount and prepare for the swim.

You remount your horse, bareback with a halter, and enter the sea for the experience of a lifetime. Afterwards, you can relax and take a shower for the return trip to the ship.
