Mystic Mountain – Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Mystic Mountain is Jamaica's newest water park attraction, located in the Drax Hall area of Ocho Rios. Visitors will experience Jamaica's rainforest terrain from 700 feet above sea level. Mystic Mountain attraction will feature a bobsled coaster ride, an aerial tramway canopy tour, Jamaican athletic heritage museum, park and other unique offerings and more.
Mystic Mountain Chairlift
Experience Jamaica's newest attraction, the Sky Explorer, and glide through the rainforest canopy on a chairlift up 700 feet to the top station for spectacular views and several educational displays depicting Jamaica's history and culture.
Board your air-conditioned transportation for the brief drive to Mystic Mountain. Upon arrival an orientation will be provided prior to boarding the chairlift for the scenic 15-minute ride up to the top station. Your ascent through the forest skims the top of the canopy and provides picturesque glimpses of the north shore. At the top, disembark and explore the educational pavilion that emphasizes Jamaica's rich history. Take in the panoramic views of Ocho Rios, the coastline and the main cruise ship pier from the observation tower. Take a dip in the infinity edge swimming pool and visit the restaurant that serves Jamaican snacks and beverages. Spend as much time at the top as you like. When you are ready to depart, hop the chairlift for a ride down through the middle canopy to the shuttle back to the ship.
Visit Mystic Mountain
Mystic Mountain invites patrons to soar up the mountain on Rainforest Sky Explorer or skim through the tree tops high above Jamaica's tropical landscape on the Rainforest Zip Line. For the more adventurous a race through the forest on Bobsled Jamaica is the way to go! Mystic Mountain is located five minutes from Dunn's River Falls. The new attraction promises experiences for all ages. The location also offers awe-inspiring views, mountain streams, unique tours, plus dining and shopping.
The 100 acre attraction will feature the rapture in rainforest adventure, heady bobsledding, eco-friendly aerial trams, rainforest Zip-line Canopy Tour, walking trails and sky explorers. One of the rivers that go through the Mystic Mountain attraction, in Ocho Rios, forms part of the entrance to the property. The attraction will sweep visitors through the lush seaside mountains of Jamaica with a variety of environmentally friendly soft adventure experiences for all ages.
