Montego Bay Attractions

Croydon in the Mountains

Twenty-four miles from Montego Bay will bring you to this gorgeous plantation that cultivates coffee beans and pineapple. The three-hour tour will bring you around sloping terrain and small walk ways, giving you a first hand look at how the crops are grown, as well as the magnificent grounds. This particular plantation is the winner of the National Champion Plantation.

Doctor's Cave Bathing Club

The Club got its name because it was used by Dr. McCatty and his friends, who were mainly from the medical profession and, at that time they entered the tiny beach through a cave. The cave however, was destroyed by a hurricane in 1932. The water which is crystal clear has a temperature range, winter and summer from 78 to 84 degrees Fahrenheit, 22 to 28 Celsius.

Rose Hall Great House

Rose Hall 1760 is a restored plantation where legendary Annie Palmer (the White Witch) ruled with cruelty and met a violent death. Her home is decorated with period furniture. Rose Hall Great House is a classic 18th-century sugar plantation mansion built on the shores of Montego Bay in 1780. Today, after years of neglect, the house has been renovated to remind visitors of Jamaica's colonial past and official functions and parties are held in the lavishly restored interiors and glorious tropical gardens.

Bob Marley Mausoleum Tour (Nine Mile, Brown Town)

Your round trip tour takes you from your ship or hotel through some of the most breathtaking picturesque scenery in Jamaica, traveling through Higgins Town and Claremont to the village of Nine Mile, a quaint little place in the beautiful mountains of St. Ann. Dunns River Falls Park Ocho Rios

Dunns River Falls is a famous waterfall near Ocho Rios, Jamaica and a major Caribbean tourist attraction. Dunns River Falls located in Ocho Rios a few miles from the city center. The Dunns River Falls cascade over smooth lime stone rocks, through the tropical rain forest all the way to the white sandy beach below. You can climb up the water falls which is 183 meters (600 feet) high. The falls are made up of limestone which tiers gradually allowing you to climb from the beach to the top, taking some of the most spectacular scenery along the way.

Mystic Mountain Ocho Rios

Mystic Mountain is Jamaica's newest water park attraction, located in the Drax Hall area of Ocho Rios. Visitors will experience Jamaica's rainforest terrain from 700 feet above sea level. Mystic Mountain attraction will feature a bobsled coaster ride, an aerial tramway canopy tour, Jamaican athletic heritage museum, park and other unique offerings and more.
