Standard Suites and the Junior Suites, of which there are around 40 in all. They are generally leaner and more modern in style than the central areas of the hotel. The suites are well equipped and each one has a safe, fridge, CD player, international direct dial phones and an iron and ironing board. Wireless internet is available in all the rooms. The Standard Suites are decorated with a floral material, though it is less bright than most Caribbean hotel rooms. The Junior Suites are more muted in their colour scheme, with a lighter brown to go with the dark antique reproduction furniture.

Terra Nova All Suite Hotel restaurants have earned a reputation for excellent cuisine and remarkable service. There are several ways that the chefs showcase their talents. The daily buffet breakfast is typically Jamaican with the famous "Ackee and Saltfish" along with "Blue Mountain Coffee" as a special duo. The daily buffet lunch is varied with different menus are presented each day.

Particular favourites are seafood on Wednesdays and Fridays with grilled lobster and shrimp. Traditional Jamaican buffet lunch featuring suckling pig and curried goat is served Tuesdays. Wonderful a la carte dinners can also be enjoyed on the Terrace in the cool, evening air.
