Location

This is a time–honoured, traditionally designed and furnished house, situated on one (1) acre of fruited, immaculately landscaped lawns and gardens. Located in the centre of the Island, about 2000 feet above sea level – average daily high of 70 – 75 degrees F and average night time temperatures of 65 –70 F. Mandeville has an ideal climate.

Located in the salubrious climate of Manchester, the house is situated in a quiet suburb of the town of Mandeville, within walking distance of the Manchester Tennis and Golf Club, as well as the Manchester Shopping Centre where supermarket, pharmacy, ATM machine and a variety of other shops are available.

Accommodation

The Foyer, separating the formal Reception and Dining Rooms. 4 bedrooms with inlaid parquet floors, each with its own bathroom. Master bedroom has a separate Dressing Area. All bedrooms have king size beds which can be converted into twin beds. TV/Family Room, with 100–channel Cable Network, also includes kitchenette and informal Dining area. Telephone line – all bedrooms have telephones, TVs and ceiling fans.

Ever dreamed of picking your own oranges for breakfast' Or fresh otaheita apples for dessert' Or how about a bunch of sweet, red, ripe lychee' We have four lychee trees on the property! You must be with us in late spring to taste these, though! Don't dream! Come and experience it for yourself at our property.

Relax in the indoor/outdoor atrium by the fountain and enjoy the moonlight, while sipping a glass of wine – very romantic!
