Swept Away Sports Complex: Negril Attractions & Sightseeing, Jamaica

The biggest sports complex on the island, if you want to keep in shape while there, or visit the spa for massages, facials, etc. In the main part of the resort, there is a pool and a couple of Jacuzzi. There are about 5-6 bars, including two on the beach and one specializing solely in martinis.

Burn off your tensions at the sports complex including saunas, steam rooms, lap pool and all sorts of classes from yoga to kickboxing. Take the plunge and set off in a kayak or scuba dive in the glittering underwater gardens. Treat yourself to a soothing massage or reviving facial at the tranquil Oasis Spa, a real escape for your mind, body and soul.

It'll be hard to move from the pool though. Like a tropical lagoon, you'll find secluded nooks where you can swim in peace and sunbeds sprinkled between the bougainvillea-strewn foliage. Alternatively, you can take a dip in our new pool too - there's a swim-up bar at one end and a whirlpool at the other. There is a red flag system on the beach where once you place the flag in the sand the waiter or waitress will take your drinks order and bring it to you while you relax on the sunbed.

The sports complex have five clay and five hard, two squash courts, two racquetball courts, a fully equipped gym with the latest fitness equipment, lap pool, aerobics, Yoga, an outdoor jogging track, steam rooms, saunas, Jacuzzi, and a basketball court.

Spa and Beauty Salon services are available at an additional cost at the Oasis Spa which is also located at the Swept Away Sports Complex.
