Lolivya is a very attractive contemporary Jamaican home set on one of the island's loveliest stretches of coastline, on the Blue Lagoon outside Port Antonio.

Accommodation

Lolivya is a spacious 4 bedrooms villa located in the resort area of San San and within walking distance of the famous Blue Lagoon on one side and San San Beach on the other. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath, is fully air conditioned and opens onto the balcony which overlooks Pellew Island popularity known as Monkey Island.

The house is one of three houses that stand side to side together. Lolivya sits in the middle and as you approach you can see the mix of traditional and contemporary styles that give it its character. The front door is set among planters under a pyramid–shaped portico on pillars, but instead of a classic Jamaican style, the portico has a leaner and more modern design. Inside Lolivya has bright and contemporary Caribbean decor and a friendly feel.

Dining and Refreshment

You can sunbathe in total seclusion, have meals or drinks on the deck, and spend your days enthralled by the incredible beauty of your surroundings.

The cottage has its own private jetty which leads into the crystal–clear waters. Step off for a dip, and snorkel around the protected coral reef or swim to Pellew Island or San San Beach.
